Sinuxol — Combined antibacterial drug for animals
Pharmacological properties:
Sinuxol combines amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, providing a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., and others. The drug is well absorbed and maintains therapeutic concentrations in the body for 12 hours.
Indications:

Treatment of infections of the skin, respiratory system, urinary tract, and gastrointestinal tract.

Used for the treatment of bacterial infections in dogs and cats.

Approved for use in pregnant and lactating animals.

The unused half of a tablet can be stored for up to 24 hours.
Recommendations for use:
Dosage: 12.5 mg/kg of body weight twice daily. In severe cases, the dose can be increased to 25 mg/kg. Tablets can be given to animals with food or by hand. The course of treatment is usually 5–7 days.
Contraindications:
Do not use in animals with hypersensitivity to $\beta$-lactam antibiotics or in certain species, including gerbils, guinea pigs, and rabbits.
Side effects:
When used correctly, side effects usually do not occur. In case of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and provide symptomatic treatment.
