Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Refunds for pre-orders

1.1 The customer may cancel a pre-order and request a refund within 48 hours from the moment the order is placed.

Important:
After this period has expired, a refund due to a change of mind may not be possible, as the order has already been placed with suppliers.

1.2 If the store is unable to fulfill the order under the agreed conditions, the customer will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within up to 3 days.

2. For items from the regular assortment, order cancellation and a refund are possible until the customer receives the product.
