Meloxivet 1mg/ml is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) based on meloxicam. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties and is used to treat inflammation and pain in animals.
Dosage Form:
- Oral suspension
Indications for Use:
- Treatment of joint and musculoskeletal disorders (arthritis, injuries, sprains, fractures)
- Pain and inflammation relief after surgery
- Management of chronic pain syndromes
Administration and Dosage:
Meloxivet is administered orally, once daily with food, at an individually prescribed dosage.
The course of treatment and exact dosage depend on the diagnosis and severity of clinical symptoms.
Contraindications:
- Individual intolerance
- Gastrointestinal ulcers
- Liver, kidney, or heart diseases
- Pregnancy and lactation
- Kittens and puppies under 6 weeks old
