Description
Onsior is a veterinary medication containing robenacoxib, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in dogs and cats, including post-surgical pain and inflammation of the musculoskeletal system.
Form:
Oral tablets: 6 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg.
Indications:
- Pain relief for acute and chronic joint conditions (arthritis, osteoarthritis).
- Soft tissue inflammation.
- Post-surgical pain.
Dosage:
The medication is taken orally once a day. Dosage depends on the animal's body weight and condition.
Contraindications:
- Allergic reactions to any ingredient in the drug.
- Liver and kidney diseases.
- Gastrointestinal ulcer diseases.
- Body weight under 2.5 kg.
