Simparica — is a systemic insectoacaricidal medication designed to combat fleas and ticks in dogs.

The medication contains sarolaner, which belongs to the isoxazoline class. After oral administration, sarolaner is rapidly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, reaching peak blood concentration within 3 hours. It causes uncontrolled muscle activity in ectoparasites, leading to their death.
