Uristop 50 ml

Uristop is an oral solution medication designed for the treatment of urinary incontinence in spayed female dogs associated with functional insufficiency of the urethral sphincter. The active ingredient, phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride, increases the tone and enhances the contraction of the urethral sphincter.

Composition:
1 ml of solution contains 50 mg of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride (equivalent to 40.28 mg of phenylpropanolamine).

Indications for use:

• Urinary incontinence in spayed female dogs caused by functional insufficiency of the urethral sphincter.

Dosage and administration:

• Administer orally at a dose of 0.1 ml per 5 kg of body weight (equivalent to 1 mg of phenylpropanolamine per 1 kg of body weight) three times a day with food.

Contraindications:

• Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the medication.
• Concurrent use with other sympathomimetics, anticholinergic agents, and tricyclic antidepressants is prohibited.
• Consultation with a veterinarian is recommended before use.
